Adaptive Backpacks for Kids and Teens: Pottery Barn's New Accessible Collection

Just in time for back-to-school shopping, Pottery Barn Kids & Pottery Barn Teen have introduced expanded back-to-school collections that include adaptive backpacks and accessible desks. With hundreds of thousands of children using a wheelchair, cane, crutches, or walker to assist with mobility, the availability of adaptive products is crucial to ensure that every child has access to the tools they need to succeed in school. Fortunately, Pottery Barn collaborated with kids, parents, teachers, and experts to ensure their new designs were thoughtfully accessible.

The Accessible Collection from Pottery Barn Kids includes the Mackenzie Adaptive Backpack ($64.50), the Mackenzie Adaptive Lunchbox ($28.50), and the Morgan Accessible Desk ($499). Pottery Barn Teen’s Accessible Collection includes the Gear Up Adaptive Backpack ($69.50), the Gear Up Adaptive Lunchbox ($32.50), and the Hampton ADA Desk ($849).
